Arrival & Setup:

Many of our beanbags are too large to ship filled. This is due to that fact that they are too large for the couriers maximum dimensions.

Please open the outer box carefully and take the cover and filling from the box. Please take a moment to review the instruction leaflet for guidance. Filling is simple, and usually takes just a few minutes for 2 people.

After setting up your beanbag, please keep hold of the packaging for a period. We suggest this because if you decide for any reason to return the item, you may require these boxes again in order that the beanbag can be shipped back. 

 

Delivery Options & Limitations:

FREE Delivery - Allow upto 7 days 

We attempt to deliver all our items as quickly as possible however as many items are manufactured to order, we ask that you please allow upto 7 days. If you require your item urgently, please use the express delivery option.  

** Note, due to courier limitations, we are not able to offer express delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Highlands. If this option is selected in those areas we will attempt to deliver as soon as possible to you, please allow upto 3 Additional working days.

** Also note free delivery is not available in Rep Ireland.

**Please note working days are Monday to Friday. As an example, Express orders placed on Friday evening will leave on Monday for delivery between Tuesday & Thursday.

**Cut off time is 12 Noon.

 

Regular Delivery:

We offer FREE delivery to the UK. Please allow upto 7 days for the item to arrive.

For Rep Ireland, delivery prices start at £4.95/ £100 spent. 

 

Express Delivery:

UK Express delivery is charged at £1.95 per order. For Rep Ireland it is £1.95+ the regular delivery charge (above) . Express orders are shipped out same day if ordered before 12 noon (excluding Weekends). Due to a variety of shipping factors eg, remote location, made to order product, nobody at home, etc, we CANNOT GUARANTEE next day delivery. Express orders take 2-3 days to arrive.

 

The delivery communication process:

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an email/ text will be sent to you, it will notify you that the goods are on the way and will provide you with tracking information & contact details.

A second email/ text will be sent to you once the items are ready to leave the couriers warehouse (usually early on the day of delivery) This will provide you with an estimated time for the delivery so you can make your preparations. Should you not be able to meet the slot, there is a link which may be followed to rebook the delivery to a more suitable time.

What happens if i miss the delivery?

If you miss the delivery, a card will be left, the courier will also attempt to retry the delivery the following day. Should you miss the second delivery you will be asked to collect the item from a provided location. Should they not hear from you in 10 days, the order will be returned back to our warehouse.

Once it is returned to our warehouse, a re-delivery cost of £10/ parcel inc vat will be required to release the goods.

 

Delivery Limitations:

We deliver across the UK & Irish Mainlands, we are not able to offer delivery to the following locations, Isle of Man, Shetlands, Orkneys & Western Isles. (We do deliver to a number of additional European countries through local websites, please see base our website footer for our current list of international websites or call our office). Should an order be placed for delivery to one of these locations, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of re-arranging your delivery to an available postcode area. If this is not a possibility we will arrange an immediate refund.*

Delivery

Delivery Locations

We use a next day courier service to ship Nationally. In Northern Island & Highlands, this service becomes 2 days due to the transport network to those areas.
We are not able to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkneys, Western Isles & Shetland Islands. Should you place an order for delivery to those locations, we ask you to inform us immediately by email of a chosen location anywhere in the Mainland that we may deliver to for forwarding on. If we arent able to find a solution on the mainland or we fail to hear from you, we will refund your order.

Placing an Order

To place an order you will be required to undertake a 3 stage process.

Stage 1 involves supplying your personal information, name, email address, delivery & invoicing addresses.

Stage 2 includes a field to input a discount code if you have one & a tick box to join our mailing list. You will also choose between Paypal or Credit Card payment options.

Stage 3 takes you to either the Sagepay website or Paypal to make your transaction payment. Sagepay & Paypal are secure servers which will protect your information

Stage 4 returns you back to our website. You will also be sent an email confirmation
